ChildLife® Clinicals Oral Care Probiotic (Chewable Tabs) is a chewable dietary supplement designed to supply beneficial bacteria to the oral cavity. 

Containing BLIS K12™ Streptococcus salivarius, this well-studied strain of bacteria is found naturally in the mouths and throats of healthy children. BLIS K12™ has shown benefits to supporting the health of the oral cavity. 

Children 0-2 yrs: 1 tablet daily, crushed and mixed with food.

Children 2+ yrs:1 tablet before bed after brushing teeth.

At first sign of throat discomfort: 2-3 tablets daily for 7-10 days. Use as stated above or as directed by a medical professional. 

Inulin, microcrystalline cellulose, guar gum, natural flavors, vegetable juice (color), magnesium stearate, citric acid, stevia leaf extract.

Contains milk. 

Keep out of reach of children. Tamper resistant: Do not use if outer safety seal is broken or missing.

Store at 15-30ºC (59-86º).
